Hello and thank you for contacting Dr. Perrone. We appreciate your interest.
The process of getting started with Dr. Perrone is as follows;
Step 1.
We'll make an appointment for your initial consultation. When you're speaking with him, you and he discuss YOU. You'll go over who you are, what you are having trouble with, what your goals are, your background, medications and more. You'll spend about an hour together. You'll be given a 25 page questionnaire to be completed and returned to our office. In many cases, Dr. Perrone will request laboratory testing, though testing is never mandatory.
Step 2. (In your absence)
After having received the completed questionnaires (and test results if applicable), Dr. Perrone will use the information he sees within them combined with the information he collected during your initial interview to design a plan for you. The plan will be designed specifically for you, and for your situation and goals. The plan will include a specific and "do-able" way of eating, as well as a very specific alternative medicine/nutritional supplementation program.
Step 3.
Now, after having designed your plan, you and Dr. Perrone sit in consultation a second time. (About 1-2 weeks after the 1st consultation) This visit is for him to show you the plan he has created for you and explain to you exactly what he thinks is happening and what you'll need to do about it. You two will discuss your food plan and your supplement plan. You'll talk about meals at home, meals out, quick meals, easy "snacks" and much more. You and Dr. Perrone will spend 1 - 1 1/2 hours together this meeting. Every question you have will be answered before the appointment is over.
Now, you begin the plan. As you start your journey and all along the way, any time you have questions, concerns, and difficulties or just need to talk you will always have access to Dr. Perrone via telephone and e-mail.
Dr. Perrone will be there when you need him.
Any questions/situations/problems you may experience, we will be able to help you overcome. You need only contact us - We are here to help.
Each time you have a consultation with Dr. Perrone, the fee is $175.00.
There will not be any fees for email and telephone questions between consultations.
We accept Checks, Credit Cards and cash.
We also do not charge you for the creation of the plan. (Step 2)
You will need to meet with Dr. Perrone for a follow-up about 3 to 4 weeks after you begin your plan. During this consultation, Dr. Perrone will determine how well you are doing and if he'll keep things the same or make changes to the plan. After this follow-up, you both will determine when the next meeting will be on an as needed basis.
